Shipping your parcel

Once your payment has been confirmed, your package will be dispatched within 2 to 30 days, depending on the item selected. You can choose to have your order shipped via DPD, GLS or UPS, each with a tracking number. Please note that no signature is required for delivery.

Shipping costs include preparation, packaging and transportation. While preparation costs remain constant, transport costs fluctuate according to package weight. To optimize your costs, we suggest you centralize your purchases into a single order. Separate orders will incur separate charges. Although you are responsible for the shipment of your parcel, we attach the utmost importance to the security of delicate items.

At Chronopack, we are committed to providing a quality experience for all our customers. However, we would like to inform you that we are currently unable to deliver our products to French overseas departments and territories (Dom-Tom). We are actively working to expand our delivery services and hope to be able to serve these regions in the near future.

For our customers in Switzerland, we are delighted to be able to deliver our quality packaging. Please note that delivery charges for orders to Switzerland are the responsibility of the purchaser. We strive to keep these costs as low as possible, while ensuring that your products arrive safely and promptly.

Our packaging is carefully selected to ensure optimum protection for your items.

When you order several products with different shipping times, we allow ourselves to make partial shipments. As soon as the first product has been dispatched, the status of your order will show "partial shipment", until all your shipments have been finalized.
