Shipping your package

Once your payment is confirmed, we ship your packages within 2 to 30 days, depending on the selected item. You can choose delivery via DPD, GLS, or UPS, each with a tracking number. Delivery is made without the need for a signature.

Shipping costs include preparation, packaging, and transportation fees. While preparation fees are fixed, shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the package. To save on costs, we recommend grouping your purchases in a single order. Separate orders will result in separate shipping fees. Although shipping is at your own risk, we take great care in securing fragile items.

At Chronopack, we are committed to providing a quality experience for all our customers. However, we would like to inform you that we are currently unable to deliver to French overseas departments and territories (Dom-Tom). We are actively working to expand our delivery zones and hope to serve these regions in the near future.

For our customers in Switzerland, we are pleased to deliver our quality packaging. Please note that shipping costs for orders to Switzerland are the responsibility of the buyer. We strive to keep these costs as low as possible while ensuring secure and timely delivery.

Our packaging is carefully selected to ensure optimal protection of your items.

When you order multiple products with different shipping times, we may proceed with partial shipments. In such cases, your order status will show as “partial shipment” until all items have been dispatched.
